put up ANYONE for a vote kick even in FFA!

I have seen hackers time and time again go into FFA and hack the living daylights out of it since they know we cant kick them since to kick them they need to be on your team. As well as the other team not wanting to put up a hacker for a kick since they want to win. I think you should be able to put up anyone for a kick vote as well as see if you are being kicked! since a lot of times you dont know that they think your hacking and your not. Ive been ninja booted out of games for no reason other than me just getting ACE and keeping it.
