Wont' start correctly

in CrossFire Support
I click to run CrossFire and it starts up shows the title screen then closes to show an Xtrap message saying "Could not start due to external programs, please close any programs..." or something like that, I have no other programs running, any help?

    could be your antivirus that is blocking you form playing, try turning it off and uninstalling CF then install it then play it then turn ur antivirus back on

    yeah, most likely some program that's running in the background of your computer that's conflicting with Cross Fire so XTrap think that some program is trying to do something to the game. I suggest going to Task Manager > Processes.. and check for all the programs that are running in the background.

    Also, check your Notification Area (to the bottom right of your screen..) for any programs you might think are conflicting with Cross Fire.
