if you ever are keylogged a good way to get around it (somewhat), is to type both usernames and passwords with the on-screen keyboard for windows, or doing that while changing passwords can keep them from hacking your account while you're keylogged/infected, but the sooner you get rid of it the better, but while changing the password use windows on-screen keyboard

You most likely have a keylogger. A keylogger accesses your computer via a file or program you have downloaded. It imbeds itself into your computer and records all your keystrokes - this means your username and password on Cross Fire.

There are several ways to remove the keylogger. If you already have anti-virus software, then give your computer a FULL system scan. If you do not have anti-virus software, I advise you too purchase one. Notable brands are Norton or McAfee. Of course, you don't have to purchase one, there are free options also. I reccomend AVG. A full system scan should locate and remove the keylogger.

If the full system scan finds nothing then your only other option is to reformat your computer. This means reinstalling your operating system. If your operating system is pre-installed then call customer service and they will usually provide you with a copy for free or a small charge for postage ($5.00).

Quit the multi posting, Avast! is a good antivirus. Malwarebytes is a good scanner if you want to get rid of spyware/malware.
