KD didn't Reset At all..

I bougt that kd reset with BP, but it said purchase complete, but i went ingame still the same kills/deaths,

i already did submit a ticket, but where do i see if they awnsered it...

Do you have it under My Items? Note that I'm not sure if it should be there or not but it's worth taking a look.

I'm fairly certain that it needs to be activated from the page that blindrob mentioned.
