It never killed one shot to the feet man get your facts straight.
Check 2 things to make sure the problem is not on your end, check your FPS and your Ping, both of those can be blamed for thinking you hit someone when in fact you never came close. -

Yeah, elbow and upper arm seems to be a one-hit kill.
By the way, the person who you were killing might have had body armour because the AWM to me feels completely unchanged... -
dude get the facts if u hit em in the toe they never died never so get the facts its just 1 shot kill if u hit em in the chest or w8st or their head and maybe arm not sure about that though
oh ive got the facts straight. before xmas patch i shoot anyone anywhere with awm they die . now after patch i see alot of 70-80's. YES i HAVE killed ppl with toe shots before xmas patch. after xmas patch awm doesnt do the dmg it used to , say what u want u cant change what ive already witnessed...... it WAS 1 shot kill no matter where u hit them and now its not. say what u want but what u say and what ive seen are not the same. -
