Cant finish a game!!

I go to play a game, and half way through everyone will freeze but i can still move.. for about 30 seconds then it kicks me out and dosnt say anything. it just puts me back into the lobby.so im not earning exp, anyone eles having this problem? i just got a new laptop and i dont wait it to be the laptop ffs!
