I don't see why people make such a fuss over being leaders or lts
I never really wanted to be leader in my clan
It just happened that our co-founder decided it best to leave
And the lts I chose on the basis of their personalties and how much I trust them

If you want to be a leader to have control over people, its the wrong reason
But if you wanna lead a clan because you wanna help your members evolve
And call strats, etc. then sure, being a leader is the right way to go

If you haven't led a clan before though it's not easy work
I maintain our clans forums, ventrilo and try my best with recruiting
So it's quite a time consuming experience, and takes a lot of patience

Not pretending I'm a know-it-all or anything, because I'm not
Just sharing my views on my time so far
