Name Change Error?

I keep trying to change my name, which ISN'T taken but it keeps saying "Change named failed, try again later". Please help. Thanks.

The best thing to do in this situation is submit a support ticket. The support team is getting much better at returning support ticket issues in a timely fashion.

I STILL haven't gotten a reply after over 2 hours... When I buy something I expect it to work.

If it says that, the name has been previously used.

Example:
I takes the name "X"
Your name is "R"
I changed my name to "Y"
You try to change it to "X"
The error message is diplayed

This is to prevent fraud.

That's a failure of a system. Its the person who changed their name's fault if it gets taken again.
