setup wont download all the way and freezes computer

every time i download the setup it stops right before its done downloading and freezes everything. usually after this i will reboot my computer and try to install crossfire but it nevew works so i reboot again and try to delete the setup but it wont delete so i go into safe mode and delete the file. ive been trying for 2 days now to install crossfire ive tried every mirror and download link but it never works. ive even downloaded the setup on another computer and tried to run it from a flash drive but it freezes my computer please someone help me fix this
