Team Speak problem

I have a small problem with my team speak. Now almost everyone in my clan can connect to it. The only problem is that we have one Brazilian member in my clan, he can see the server on the list but for some reason when he goes to connect it says its disconnected. I know its not disconnected because me and a few members were using it at the time. So is he just to far away to connect? Plz if anyone else has had this problem plz post here and if you have a solution even better
