I'm lucky with the 3 I've got, all pitch in when they need to

In-game skills & pre-planned strat calling
Knowing how to handle forums & facilitate them properly
Admin knowledge & always on ventrilo
Good judge of character & handling problems firmly, but fairly

If you're all of the above, you'll be a great Lt for someone
I know people may question the inclusion of the "forums" bit
But if you use them to help organise and improve your squad in-game, it's very useful
