Pub, or scrim/match footage?

What do most people use? I know in some games I've played in the past (L4D) most people made videos from pub footage because the community was small, but some of the competitive players (like myself) made videos from only scrims and matches. Then, in CS:S, if you make a video with pub footage ANYWHERE, the video is going to get 1 star'd easy.

So, what's the norm around here? Scrim/match footage or pub footage?
