AS OF TODAY is it SL or QBZ best all around gun?
Ok so I've been playing for about a couple months (different accounts). And I finally get to staff sergeant level 4 yesterday and I FINALLY buy a Scar Light. Soooo has it been nerfed? I mean it seems like I need at least 10 bullets in someone to kill em with the Scar now. It still accurate and recoil is still small but comeon have they nerfed it down so much that its as weak as an m4??? Is the QBZ best all around weapon now? I mean QBZ is still powerful and recoil and accuracy are manageable. Or maybe I'm just not doing too good rght now...
Here is what I think
Accuracy = SL is best
Recoil = SL is best
Damage = QBZ is best
I'm thinking that the last one makes up for the first two...

Also if anyone knows how many bullets u need to shoot in someones torso to kill em with either gun please post.

Nope, I haven't noticed a difference in the Scar light after the patch.
It still has ridiculously low recoil and average power. -
Ok JUST tested it out!
NVM Scar Light is still king. I pray they dont nerf it in the next patch. Just tested it out: it takes 3 shots from SL to the torso (back or front dont matter) to kill someone, 1 shot to head, 5 shots to legs. In comparison it takes 4 shots from m16 to torso, 1 shot to head, 5 shots to legs. I think 3 bullets to kill is enough, but lower it down to 4 and I may switch to QBZ...SO PLZ DONT NERF IT Z8!!! Leave Scar L. on top where it currently is, the nay-sayers may stick to their "strategies" and "uniquenesses" I just wanna keep on pwning![:\](https://forum.z8games.com/resources/emoji/confused.png ":\")

qbz has the hidden feeling of being amazing, espically in close-quater combat or mid range.
but the second you need to clutch with it - it will fail with its very odd-to-predict spread at long range. when it happens once, trust me - it'll be in your storage forever for a gun thats less goofy long-range.
the m4a1-series, ak-series and scarL have one thing in common and that is they are very dependable guns once you get the feel of them. -
Scar L has been nerfred since it was over powered. It has lost its damage and a little accuracy. Basiclly it sucks now. QBZ has it all, accuracy needs a little work to make it a pro gun. Xm8 is very close but its recoil brings the weapon stability down. Now we have an m60, perfect power, perfect accurace, good for all the ranges, used by the pros.

Neither gun is better than the other, it depends on what the user feels good with. But, really, if it takes 10 shots for u 2 kill somebody, you either suck, or lagg real bad. Make your choice and stick with it. -

The best gun is the gun your best with.
From my experience playing with my own clan... I will say this.
They can still clutch, hold positions, make opening etc fine with their M4s, AK 47s, Scar Lights and any other gun they might use. Both before the patch and after...
Your time is much better spent learning the spray pattern, head shot level and other information. Then theory crafting to try to figure out what the best gun is.
Currently however, in theory the best gun is the XM8. -
To me the Scarlight seems a little worse than before. (this on my alt account)
So I would choose M4 or QBZ-95, but yet again the Scarlight isn't bad now.
Ak-47 is beast if you can use it correctly, I just saw someone get a score of 100+ kills and only 10 deaths, now that's what an AK can do. -
i agree wit ya, the skill light did get nerfed, but its still a, if u will, "noob cannon", since its got very low recoil, and is still decnetly powerful, its vvvveeeerrry easy to use, hence the name "skill light". the m4 its great for 1 clicking, and also a great overall gun. ak takes more skill to use, but is great if u can master it.
