mexican character(swat sorta)

How about a mexican character with a swat outfit? I've had a friend who's been my best friend sense 2nd grade(in 7th now) and he always ask's me "Why don't any games have mexicans in them?" i think it would be fair to put a mexican in CF, i keep telling him that games don't know how to put them in the game without people thinking its racist, i feel realy bad for him and i realy would be greatful if you could

all the characters atm are named after well known army groups from England, America, Germany and Russia
mexico isnt really a major army figure in the world
