BMG Survey Error

ok look i read that there`s extra 20%ZP when u complete an BMG survey, i did it with the mail i have ingame.
then i just go to deposit and no ZP i already did it and tryed again with the same mail and it says


"A record already exists at the email address you have provided.

Your Login username is: 70825796, please store this for your records.

If you have forgotten your Login details, click here to have you password sent to the email address that you used to register. "

later i did all this dont have Zp and i cannot do it again.
this is an error or what the hell.
and i dont know what Mod PM in this case.
