Keep in mind that only actual playing time is counted. Time spent in the lobby does not count towards the two hours. That being said, you should receive it within a few days. If not then submit a support ticket.

i loged on today and nothing changed with the gp...if there is nothing tommorow ill send in a ticket..and Greycloak...i have a question. When I go on my profile and i go on statistics or watever...its says how much i played..does that only count for the in game time..or does the statistics also count for the lobby time...please respond..ty in advance
