Lack of respect! ZPs problem.

Hi, Z8

I have purchased 20k ZPs near 5 days ago, Yet no zps are in my account. I have sent in a support ticket and no reply, Why.? This was sent 36 hours ago. Either reply to me or fix it.. You have 24 hours.! Failing this I will contact my bank and advise them of a non-receipt of servives complaint.. I am hoping that you will sort this out..

I've been waiting well over a month, I ended up just calling my credit card company and still haven't heard from z8.:(
