Suggestion for an improved vote kick

A lot of people post stuff like this from what I've seen, but they don't actual suggest a new way for it to work, I am going to.





ANYWAY
Its gotten to where I cant even play the game anymore because of the b*tchy f*cking 8 year olds that kick me EVERY time I join a game for hacking! Do people honestly think every single person besides them is hacking?
I join a pistol only game, use my Anaconda, and then since they all have desert eagles (AND SUCK) and dont realize that you AIM with an anaconda, they get really mad. They think I aimbot just because I aim for a second before shooting and always kill with a headshot. I ran right up to them and got a HS on every person in their team and 2 more after they respawned (that is 10 people) in about 10 seconds, then ran out of ammo and used my knife and ended up with 22/0 from the start. IF YOU SUCK ITS YOUR PROBLEM, DONT ACCUSE ME OF HACKING!
And their reasons and comebacks are bull****! "You did a 360 I saw you, you hack!", "guys I have a tool for detecting hacks... some call it a radar. It says hes using a lot of hacks, kick him". COME ON! This little dipsh*t doesnt even know what a radar is, and even if that was what it was, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, JAMES BOND?
I tell them I just aim, they come back with that overused 4 year old's comeback "yeah you aim... bot".

I mean all of that! I can't play ONE game without being kicked for being a hacker! And just reading through these forums, I can tell that MOST of the people who play it (and MOST of the people who will post bull**** replies to this like "but we need it because there are hackers in like every game!") ACTUALLY think that there are a bunch of hackers.

Couple tips for you:
-If someone misses, they aren't aimbotting
-if someone does a 360, they arent aimbotting, you would still have to aim in their general direction for an aimbot to aim at them!
-If you are 8 years old and like to compalin because you suck, just SHUT THE HELL UP
-99.9% of the time, you wont find a game with a hacker in it!
-If someone prefires, its usually just because your connection is slow or there was some lag (not fps lag, I mean latency)
-Someone doesnt aimbot just because they shot you close range with an AWM, what I always say to people who say Im hacking from that is "You ran your face into a bullet... therefor, Im hacking?"


MY SUGGESTION:
Just make it so it doesn't kick the person until after the geame ends! I would be friggin rich if I got my EARNED GP and EXP after every game, but there are always people who suck so bad that everyone else hacks!


So, just make it so you can either finish the game before being kicked, you still get all the exp and GP including the bonuses, you can report peope for being little a**holes, or if you get kicked it automatically saves the replay so you can report with that or just send it to them and make sure they know they were just sucking.
ANY ONE of those would make me happy, I havent been able to playthe game in forever and its ****ing me off!
