Well, GoosePro's FPS is good, his is 4. Lots of people in this thread have high ones, because their computers suck. Mine is relatively low at 10. Just tell us what yours is, or better yet, post a screenshot.bwhite1500 wrote: »see i didnt know that im sorry sir or miss idk if ur guy or girl sorry but anyways

is this guy for real?
if your computer is 10 fps lol well i think maybe u better go back to school if you think its better than 100 fps and it does stand for frames per second
Edit: just so you know gamorz "Frame rates in video games refer to the speed at which the image is refreshed (typically in “Frames Per Second, or FPS.) " -
Wow. Just wow.jamesy8909 wrote: »is this guy for real?

You fell for that. -
I don't think that 50-100 and 200+ it's the same, because with mine FPS (aproxx. 70)lighti1337 wrote: »question? who needs more than 200+?
Ok, i'm jealous too, xP but it doesn't matter if you got 100 or 200.. remember, it's the same.
I got lagged sometimes (not for the ping) and with 200+ I'm sure that it doesn't happen
but I'm happy with my FPS

then I trust youlighti1337 wrote: »It is the same trust me.
at 100+ or higher there aren't differents.
Im not sure but the graphic card dont support more than 100 frames per second.
or smth like that. Anything like that a computer freak told me.

The first 3D first-person shooter game for a personal computer, 3D Monster Maze, had a frame rate of approximately 6 FPS, and was still a success. In modern action-oriented games where players must visually track animated objects and react quickly, frame rates of between 30 to 60 FPS are considered acceptable by most, though this can vary significantly from game to game. Modern action games, including popular console shooters such as Halo 3, are locked at 30 FPS maximum, while others, such as Unreal Tournament 3, can run well in excess of 100 FPS on sufficient hardware. The frame rate within games varies considerably depending upon what is currently happening at a given moment, or with the hardware configuration (especially in PC games.) When the computation of a frame consumes more time than is alloted between frames, the framerate decreases.
From above you can know how much is an acceptable FPSR, but how much is perfect, no.
For the FPSR to be perfect it should be the same as the eyes' FPSR in real life, how much is that? Science does not know yet, so far it has been impossible to calculate because for example,If the image is switching between black and white each frame, then this image will appear to f****** when the pattern is shown at rates slower than 60 frames per second. In other words, the f******-fusion point, where the eyes sees gray instead of f******ing tends to be around 60 Hz. However, for fast moving objects, frame rates may need to be even higher to avoid judder (non-smooth motion) artifacts. And the retinal fusion point can vary in different people, as well as depending on lighting conditions.
*FPSR = Frame Per Second Rate, just thought I'd point it out because a lot people are falling for the fusion crap, how dumb can you people be to get rolled like that?
