Iron Sight / Weapon Customizing

First thought of many of you:
"No."

... well then leave now or read my idea.

This is iron sight mode...

This game, which isn't very high quality, is an example.

What do you suggest these "iron sights" do for us in Cross Fire?
The stats of an iron sight will be this:
Accuracy: +10%
Fire Rate: -10%
Mobility: -35%
Stability (while moving): +20%
Stability (still): +100%; in other words, no swaying

This will help the less talented players aim more instead of spraying their heads off like a raging rambo.

Thoughts?

Other idea:
Weapon Customizing

Here you can customize the grip, sight/scope, nozzle (silenced or not), magazine, bullet type (maybe), and the ... butt of the gun.

To get us started, I've come up with a quick list.

List 1:

Rough Grip- A grip to hold you gun more steady while moving or while stationary. Attachable to Assault Rifles, Sub Machine Guns.
Price- 3,000 GP
Stats- 15% Less Recoil, 3% More Accuracy, Won't see the ground while looking straight

Common Iron Sight- Used on Assault Rifles to increase your aim. Attachable to Assault Rifles, Sub Machine Guns.
Price- 3,000 GP
Stats- 5% More Accuracy, 15% Less Fire Rate, Slowed by 40%, Sway Reduced by 15% while moving, No sway while stationary.

Basic Silencer- Reduce the gun noise from far range. Attachable to any gun except Heavy Machine Guns.
Price- 2,000 GP
Stats- 30% Less Gun Noise, 10% Less Damage, 7% More Accuracy.

Large Magazine- Holds more ammo than any other magazine. Attachable to any gun except Heavy Machine Guns and Shotguns.
Price- 5,000 GP
Stats- Increase Magazine Capacity by 15 bullets (30->45, etc.), 7% Less Accuracy.

Piercing Bullet- Deals more damage to an enemy behind a thin wall than a normal bullet. Usable with any gun.
Price- 7 Days, 3,000 GP; 15 Days, 6,000 GP; 30 Days, 10,000 GP; Permanent, 25,000 GP
Stats- 5% More Bullet Damage, 50% More Damage Through Thin Walls.

Steady Butt- Keep the gun more steady while moving. Attachable to Assault Rifles and Sub Machine Guns.
Price- 5,000 GP
Stats- 3% More Accuracy, 10% More Stability While Moving, 15% Less Mobility (stacks with iron sight), 5% Less Recoil.

The list needs some tweaking, I'm sure.
And I know most of you will find a way to change something or criticize my list of attachments.

Well guess what.
You're not a kid anymore, so be grown up about the word butt. It's not funny. They actually hurt if you can't control them correctly.

Thanks,
Stryker
