Bought item nothing happened

Hi, Im Ivan writing from Argentina. First at all Id like to thank you for offering the chance of having so much fun for free.
The problem I had is that I spent 7500 GP in a ITEM for lowering breath sound (in ghost mode) and I now I go to my storage and it doesnt show up.
