as far as im aware no you cant get banned but doing such things requires either giving out account login information or credit card information to do so which is just a stupid idea because if someone has offerd to buy you zp dont give them your account details they will probebly just steal you account if your buying zp for someone else then the best way would be to give that person the money so they can purchase the zp themselfs
