1920x1080 resolution supported

Hello,
I bought a new 24" 1920x1080 monitor, hoping that it would also improve my aim on crossfire. But with this new screen I can't aim half as good as before :S When im standing still and I try aiming on someon's head on a distance it's pretty hard. Could you please add 1920x1080 resolution support? Cause I think that's where the problem is.
