if they make an inappropriate name, they are just going to violent the chat rules too anyway. might as well ban them before it happens.

I'm in the middle on this idea. Let me tell you why!

There is a small percentage of players that would gladly change their name to something more appropriate, the majority of users with improper names normally know their using a "naughty" name, and don't care particularily about the specific account.

Now, I am aware of a couple cases where users who were banned from a name have gotten their account inbanned with a name change (i do forget however, if they were forced to spend the zp for the name change)
