Auto Idle Kick

I am sick and tired of people going into a game and idling when the other team is so noob they F12 for the free kill. Is there a way to have a idle timer on all non-moving players which after allotted time will auto kick that pathetic idler?

I don't think there's anyways. But the solution is: Be active don't be afk..

This would be a great anti farm counter, as it requires someone to be active on both accounts for them to do so.
