The product page doesn't specify the PSU; if you like, you can open up the case and check it there on the large sticker on the PSU. Considering OEMs usually only provide just the amount needed by the entire system, and how old your computer is, you might have to upgrade your PSU.

Your case is fine, Micro-ATX from the looks of it.
