Shouldn't you run slower, the screen should be somehow blury, harder to aim...etc when you got like 30- hp? I mean is so unrealistic, with 1hp you shouldn't be running around perfectly fine. Just an idea...

if this game was realistic you would pretty much die in 1 shot above the waist, yeah there's a few exceptions, my grandpa took a shot to the head during ww2 survived, but thats rare.

Agree , realism in this game is next to none

But trust me you don't want a realistic game , since it won't be a game.
And also don't even speak about realistic games like cod e.t.c. because in real life you only get one chance , game over.

The clearest thing that makes you notice that you are highly damaged is that weird sound.

Off Topic: Has anyone realised that when you get flashed, you hear hearbeats and a man breathing? But the flash nade doesnt give enough time to trigger the sound.

Highly realistic games aren't fun to play multiplayer. Whilst they may be fun in single player (Operation Flashpoint and Rainbow Six are good examples) in multiplayer it sucks as the low pinger always wins as he fires first and you die instantly from that first shot.
