Throwing Knife for Ghosts

I had started another thread, and after much constructive criticism here is the FINAL idea!
(P.S. I deeply thank all those that opposed this idea, because the only way we learn is by losing, or by having flaws pointed out!)

The throwing knife would be almost exactly like a nade, it would have one use and have fall over distance just like nade(As well as range limit. The nade blows up, the knife just does 0damage past certain distance). It would cost GP and be a perk just like breath and footstep, except it should probably have a rank Req, such as Staff sgt. Also is it is important to note, that like the nade, it would take time to reach its target making it almost impossible to hit a moving target in combination with the fall effect. Pretty much forcing it to be exactly what I had first thought, a knife for taking out campers who wont move from some extremely irksome spot.

Heres the breakdown.

1. It only has one use like nade
2. Damage drop over range+fall like nade and travel speed like nade
3. 100% damage on HS, 50% body and maybe 30% to limbs(all subject to change)
4. Is a temp perk just like breath and foot with a rank req to prevent people from making new chars and getting it instantly.
