i saw a guy who is marshall in game. i was like wdf. unfortunatly i was suprised to take a screenshot. but later i check hin on the player search and i found him.

his name is [BL]GHOST.

is this a glitch? a hack? idk what it is? can some 1 clear this 4 me

That is actually kind of weird..Maybe it's a GM testing something? I seriously doubt the ranking could be hacked like that, so I'm just going to say it must be the GM's doing something.
