Premium Items Extended? (While Patch Issues)
Earlier this week I had contacted a GM, but no answer (which I'd expect, especially with such mayhem surrounding the patch and disgruntled Users probably sending 800 PM's/hr)...So I'm taking to the 'Technical Support' section for possible answers.
Prior to this patch issue (which I STILL can't play) I had paid for ZP, winning premium weapons with an 'expiration' deadline, as well GP items and receiving a melee weapon for 90 Days...My question is; Are we going to receive extensions on our items while we're 'shut out' of the game due to their fault? I wouldn't mind, but when you spend $34.98 USD in one shot (crates) and only receive 1-2 guns for a SMALL amount of time...than two days later the game is NOT function-able on your end.
Does anyone KNOW, or asked this very question and received an answer? There's NOTHING in the terms and policies regarding this matter. So I'm HOPING this situation plays in our favor, as far as consumer support and fairness.

there have been issues before resolved by fallen saying people will receive there items back etc etc but its up to the GM's if they extend or evan give you back the full time limit for the items you have and cant use, its not there fault that the xtrap has isses they dont have the exact same computers as everyone else to test the new patch on but maybe they will decide to extend it you will just have to wait and see -
im with u on that i spent over 250 bux on this game and i cannot even log in to the servers its bs i use norton 360 but i turnd it off so im reinstalling with it off and run it with it off and see if it fix it if it do ill holla at yall but
our item time should freeze till this is fixxed -

the thing is though evan if its tested on a closed server to make sure its running it still has to download and install onto your computer at which point the server then reads the information and loads it and i havnt been able to play until today because i had a virus and only reinstalled and mine works perfectly fine check all drivers on your computer are up to date or download from another mirror if one piece of information is corrupted non of it will work but it might if you try another mirror

That's what they do before releasing a patch. That you have problems with CF doesn't mean all of us have it, I have no problem with CF so far (apart from the crashes ofc) -

Obviously not on all specs. If it were FULLY tested, the issue(s) would not have been as large. I've tested games on larger dev scales, with less issues.
