How long before Z8Games answers support messages via website?

I purchased points, after the paypal redirect it told me there was a problem and to click a link to the work ticket. I clicked the link, but it took me back to the mall.

I filled out a "contact us" forum and selected payments/ service (IIRC)...I am just curious on how long they usually take to respond..I have a few days off and I was hoping to gear up and play.

ETA: I did get an email from PP saying the transaction was completed...

    it takes 2 days at the most for them to reply depending on how many other people have posted support tickets before you
  • There was no 'support ticket' per say...I was just curious if it dealt with a payment issue, someone providing them $'s if they would step it up a bit.
  • possibly depending on the issue if it was to be dealing with money issues for zp then they might process it faster
  • Depending on the issue, and how much information you provided and whether or not they actually need to get back in touch with you... It could take up to 2 business days. Usually a lot less though.

    Some issues, say involving missing items or whatever can be solved without actually talking to you. So you might get a response that says they will be looking into the problem and then your issue will be solved automatically.

    Others they will work on the problem but send back a ticket asking you to provide more information. Or that you must contact paypal or something similar.


    In the end though it shouldn't take very long to get at least a response to your ticket to know that we are looking into the issue.
