idk, but that isn't too big a deal imo. i was 2.0 and am around 1.8 now. if you're at 2.0 when ur staff sergeant, chances are you'll be 2.0 at leutenant, unless you start scoring way better; it's basic mathematics since 10,000kills/5,000deaths, ok ur 5,000 more. now when u get to 15,000kills, u could have 10,000 deaths, already, it's not 2.0 anymore. If you're staff sergeant at liek 4.0 or higher, it's easier to stay 2.0 and above.
