Kill/Death reset failed ?!

Hi,

i bought the Reset Bundle with Bonus Points, but my K/D and my Win/Loss statistics didn`t reset? Can somebody tell me why this action failed?

Sometimes the Clan Page can take a day to synch up. While this is not always the case, it may be the problem here.

If it's been a day though and your kills/deaths etc have not reset then please contact support. They will be able to correct your account details there.

You might need to activate the k/d reset in the mall also. If it still doesn't work or you have tried that, send in a support ticket. Good luck bud

Go to 'Mall' at the top of the page, then go to 'My Items' in the right hand sidebar. The select the items, and activate them.
