wont play

hi
my computer will not load te game it is a compaq mini that i just got recently(2-3 weeks ago) and it has windows 7
when i try to play, a screen comes up saying
do u want to allow crossfire to access or change the hard drive
and i click yes
but then this window with hgw game watcher comes up and just stays there and does nothing
the game doesnt load r anything
before the window comes up with the hgw game watcher i see the x traps or whatever thing in the bottom right corner like its telling me it's loading or something, but it only stays there for about a half of a second
please help
