Xtrap - Problem. Have You Got It?

Hey Guys and gals.
I'm just making a point that since X-trap has come out when i walk it look like running.
Also its made my fps from about 45+ to about 18..
I havent done anything to my Internet or havent downloaded anything, and that, its kinda annoying..
Can you help me?
