Changing my Email adress

so basically i got my acc as a birthday gift in 2010 -2011, from a known person [ REMOVED ] was his name before he quit the game 3 years ago and he is my Uncle and he gave me that acc cause little me wanted to play with him and he made me that acc 
He posted videos like Forum Rooms where he played with the Community [ not relevant - removed ]

The Problem i have now is that i opened 4 tickets already where they told me that some Answers dont match

And [ REMOVED ] also doenst remember what he put in there and he forgot his Email Password thats linked to my acc bc little me didnt have a email 16 years ago 

And now i cant verify my Email adress and cant change it 

Is there a way i can contact someone who doenst give me a copy paste awnser

    1. Game accounts are not allowed to be sold / shared / traded between players -> if a game account is found on a such case will be permanent banned.

    2. There is no other way around ! Whatever the reasons , if you can't access the registered email -> the only way to change email is through a support ticket AND need to be able to provide enough correct info, no other reasons or excuses accepted, you can provide those info or not.

    1. Yeah i know that, my acc was created for me cause like i said little me didnt have a Email address

    2. alright good to know, so that means players who forgot their Email login and Security question are basically screwed and doesnt have a way to change that. 

    it would be nice if you guys could maybe tell us in the ticket which info didnt match up
