The registered email address is information that you need in the recovery process AND is not disclosed in any other way. 
You should know the email address that you used when you created a game account. 
If you have multiple email addresses that you use - then check each address separately to find the welcome email from z8, that welcome email also contains the information necessary to recover the game account, that would be the only way.
