Server Stability Issues in Crossfire West (EU Region)

Hello Crossfire Team,

I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the current server stability in Crossfire West.

I am playing from Germany with a very stable internet connection and a ping of around 11–12 ms to the EU servers. Despite this, I frequently experience issues during peak hours such as delayed hit registration, teleporting players, and occasional server lag. In some situations, bullets seem to briefly “freeze” in the air before continuing.

These issues occur even when my personal connection remains stable, which suggests that the problem may be related more to server load or server performance rather than individual player latency.

I have been playing Crossfire for many years and I am a big fan of the game. Because of that, I truly hope the server infrastructure in the West region can be further improved. More stable servers and consistent hit registration would significantly enhance the gameplay experience for many players in both Europe and North America.

A smoother and more stable experience would also help keep the current community active and could encourage former players to return to the game.
