We would like to remind everyone to please ensure that your account and personal information remain secure.

We have received several reports of accounts being lost or players being scammed. Please ensure you take the following steps:
• Never share account information or accounts with anyone
• Logout of the website and the game if you are using a shared PC
• Verify your account email address
• Use 2-factor authentication

Lastly, we please ask that special care is taken when responding to tickets via email. Our official support email address will always be from, support@wez8games.zendesk.com.

We will never use a “...@gmail.com” address to respond to your tickets. For your security, DO NOT share your account information with any such emails!

Please also try to respond to your tickets by logging into our website, as you are able to respond directly to any open tickets:

Z8Games takes your account and personal information safety very seriously. If you suspect that you have been scammed or that you have lost access to your account, please send us a ticket right away via our ticket support system. You can create a new account if necessary to do so.

  • The blame about 99% of the scam cases are on the events.

    Events are going nonstop ,and almost every single event requires from the players to spend alot of time in the game ,like 'play 5 hours a day for 10 days',and so on.

    Many players can't be bond to their pcs and spend most of their day in the game on daily basis,so they give their info to 3-4 friends for do the events for them.and it is always one of the friends that decide to steal their account.

    Same goes for grind maps ,such as zm4/zm rank/cores etc etc.
