Normally any ZP bonus should be displayed in RED ( except for pin codes ), so first you can check.
If it's not there it means : you didn't qualify OR the event hasn't started yet.
I think we should wait and see what is about, most like the event did not start yet for some reasons.

In March, there's a 50% bonus on your first deposit.

I topped up my account, but only received 100,000 ZP. I didn't receive the 50,000 ZP bonus.

I also didn't receive the other bonuses mentioned in the forum article! I received nothing at all!

Attention Mercenaries,

We are aware of an issue with ZP recharges during the first few hours of the event, where the ZP bonus and reward items did not function as intended.

The issue has been resolved, and we are actively monitoring recharges to identify any missing bonuses.

Some players made an additional recharge; for those whose first recharge was higher, we are crediting any missing ZP or items.

If you have not made another recharge, we will grant your missing rewards at a later date to ensure you receive the correct amount.

so long story short those that recharged once have to wait till they drop a date which is not anytime soon, not really how you solve an issue. could just say at the end of the week, but those that made for example a 100k charge then after a 50k charge, they will be compensated first... worst backwards way of thinking. this is what pushes me not to recharge again due to how easy it actually is to resolve and send out missing zp and spin tickets. but instead a standby and just wait till we give a date, meanwhile ive lost out on winning certain items due to an event ending. god knows how many more stuff i miss out on till its sent, almost a week now passed.
