Why is it not included in set trixy veteran backpack

It might be a delayed reward issue. Sometimes event items take time to appear in the storage or require relogging to update.
Make sure you’ve completed all event requirements correctly.
If everything is confirmed and it’s still missing, submitting a support ticket with screenshots would help the team investigate faster.
