Good afternoon, why aren't the tickets working? I am giving a report on a player who is playing with cheats, he has not been banned for more than 2 weeks and there are a lot of such tickets, are you somehow going to ban players who play with cheats?? In 7 consecutive matches, I met 7 cheaters in a row and 7 different cheaters, are you going to fix this? Or is it already a dead game? And you don't care about the players? Why should ordinary players suffer? I like this game and this server, but I don't like the fact that the administration doesn't do anything to stop cheaters from playing. I really hope that you will start fixing this situation in a very, very short time. This post is a cry from the heart and my frayed nerves. HEEEEELLLPPPP!!!!!w

    I understand your frustration — facing cheaters repeatedly can really ruin the experience.
    Many of us play because we genuinely enjoy the game and want fair competition.
    I believe the team is reviewing reports, but improving anti-cheat response time and communication would definitely help restore players’ confidence.
    Hopefully we’ll see stronger action soon, because a fair environment is what keeps this community alive. Stay strong!
