You guys fired support staff or not i did send a ticket 4 days ago and another a day after that still nothing from them meanwhile you guys pump out ''events'' one after another. Meanwhile every room filled with hackers,ping abusers,speed hackers and much more. Fix this game or let it die.

I think they choosed already they lead game to death.
Servers are full in lag and ping spikers.
90% of the rooms in ranked sd has cheaters inside.
The support of the company are zero but for add zp items and for af.k players events works fine.
I stopped play this game is the best thing i do.
If they fix it i will be back but for now sounds very difficult.

Honestly, the situation is getting strange. The skins rotation repeats every two days with the same weapons. What we really want is a solution for the ping issues, hackers, and macro users in Ranked Team Death Match .. That’s all we’re asking for. Thank you

AND support work time is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST ( server time ) - that usually is 5 to 7 hours behind most european players time, example for GMT +2 time zone , support is online from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM next day )
