Settings not saving

Hi everyone , im changing my resolution settings in game but its not saving. Also its not saving anything im changing . How can i solve this problem?

  Game not save settings 
  
  Reason : game is unable to write inside \ My Documents \ Cross Fire \ 
  
  Possible causes : 

  1. microsoft one drive is running in background and keep sync files inside My Documents - just close one drive / OR the location of "My Documents" has been changed to your microsoft account on cloud server - you need to revet the change.
     
     
  2. antivirus protection deny game the write access inside My Documents - add game to all antivirus exceptions
     
     
  3. run game as administrator
