I can't write to technical support; the page keeps loading endlessly. How can I contact technical support?

Use a different browser
Restart home router
Or if is something wrong with your home connection -> try a different connection type ( as your mobile phone data connection - or login website from mobile phone )

I've rebooted the router five times, tried using mobile data, tried using my girlfriend's computer with a different internet connection, and tried using my friend's computer at his place, but to no avail. All other games and apps work fine, except Crossfire... sorry, ErrorFire... I get the impression Russians are restricted from playing the game...[MOD]ShadowRo said:

Can you tell me which ports the game is using? I will try to solve the problem on my own.

actual ports should be 13008 and 16666

You should send a support ticket about your problem.

P.S. If you are using "Zapret" that program mess with game connection and seems to be a reason for connections errors.

Hello again. I have already learned that ports are useless, and I have learned that access for Russian citizens is intentionally restricted, which is regrettable. I do not use any VPNs or bans.

My friends, acquaintances, and all Russian players who use ZA Pret or VPNs can easily access the game, but I do not want to install them, and anyone who does not want to install a VPN or ban cannot play. To confirm this, you can check the Russian Crossfire West groups, as the developer has intentionally restricted our access and does not need us in the game. So I won't come in here.

I don't understand this attitude, because we're all human beings, and I don't understand why this is happening.

All honest players from Russia can do is hope that the developer will show some common sense and give us access.
Unfortunately, for the same reason that doesn't let me into the room, I can't contact technical support like all the other Russian players. And there's no point in doing so because they don't want us here.

From the game point of view all players from green area area allowed to create a game account and play.

Send a support ticket as i already advised, they may give you a better 1v1 assistance for your problem.
