Fake news as I have reported in game like 20 wallers in the last week and I did not get any messages in game like a user which you have reported has been banned. The epic line is:

fix the "85%" error and the "failed to connect to the host" error.

I can't contact technical support for the same reason I can't enter the game room.

yeah you are right .
I made near 25 reports too and gms not respond yet.
I have 301 bans until now.
They will never fix this situation.

If no do anything with lag i will delete game soon.
