Black market permanent items are just random, no "win" guaranteed after a certain number, you can win 1 permanent item in first crate OR not win even after 300 crates.
P.S. From my personal experience, the average is around 250 crates open for 1 permanent item , tho in some cases i win a permanent item in first 10 crates / other times need over 500 crates.Gamer since 1997
