I hope you are doing well.
I am contacting you regarding the sudden closure of my account. I want to express my deep disappointment—not because I oppose fair rules or anti-cheat systems, but because this decision was made without providing any clear explanation or evidence.
I have been a committed player and have spent a significant amount of money on this account over time, supporting the game with trust and loyalty. It is very frustrating to see a dedicated player treated so easily and to lose access to an account without a transparent reason.
What concerns me most is that I have not received any details clarifying:

What specific violation was committed?

When did it occur?

What evidence supports this decision?
Leaving a player in complete uncertainty damages trust between the community and the company and makes any player feel that their account could be taken away at any moment without justification.
Therefore, I respectfully request one of the following:

Please restore my account if this was a mistake or an automated error.

Provide a clear report explaining the exact violation and the evidence used to close my account.

If the account is banned from game, you should be able to login on website -> send a support ticket -> select crossfire support -> account suspension / ask there what is the ban reason.

Account Suspension
SGW may, at any time, issue Warnings, Temporary Suspensions or Permanent Account Closures for any conduct that SGW believes is in violation of this policy or detrimental to the interests of another User or Third Party. In the event an account receives a Warning or Suspension, information will be transmitted to the player via the https://crossfire.z8games.com website operated by SGW (the "Z8Games Portal"). It is the players responsibility to contact SGW regarding any closures or actions taken on an account within 30 days of said action.
Account Closure
SGW reserves the right to terminate or close any account, without notice for any reason. In such cases SGW has no liability to you.
Suspension and Ban Disputes
Players have 48 hours to contact SGW regarding any ban dispute including but not limited to: Hacking, Harassment, Impersonation and other malicious in-game activities. Contacting SGW regarding a dispute for these reasons does not ensure that the account will be recovered. "
