Game crashes when i join game error code 31_10

Everytime i join a game the game crashes and i get error code 31_10. The game was working well last night. I've already uninstalled, manually deleted from program files and used ccleaner. downloaded the game again and installed.

what now??? nothing has changed on my computer since i used it last.

I have the same issue (so freaking annoying; can't fix it at all), but I don't think it's Avast's fault. This has happened to both my laptop and dekstop. It might be that Windows defender is doing that after some Windows 10 update, if you're on windows 10. Also, recent update could've deleted your files, if you're using more than 1 ssd/hdd as boot drive and storage.
