I lost my freaking 100 elo from ranked, i clear all my ip net ts dosent work

IF known tips did not help:
- perform a reset TCP/IP with Flush DNS / restart PC
( a tutorial example : https://kb.wisc.edu/dermatology/31480 )
- restart router
- if you are using WiFi - try use a LAN cable connection if is possible (a WiFi connection can drop packets from time to time -> lead to d/c from server )
- close any other pgrograms running in backgrtound
- start game as administrator

And if the problem still happen, please send a support ticket.
